The workshop provides an opportunity to experience the therapeutic technique of psychodrama: participants will be able to explore personal issues in words and action as far as they feel able with the help of the group. One of the aims of psychodrama is to help people get back in touch with their own, natural source of spontaneity which can get blocked through childhood conditioning, trauma and social pressures.
