What Annot says:
"This weekly group provides therapy and develops personal growth, enabling participants to come to terms with their feelings in a constructive and supportive setting. Sessions begin by creating an atmosphere of safety and cohesion, whilst teaching participants the methods, techniques, terms and rules used in the workshops. The group gradually works together to produce full action dramas involving several scenes. Guided by myself, group members take turns to act out real life roles and scenarios from the past, present or even the future, often beginning with their most recent experiences as a starting point."
